1. Connect 110v power supplies according to the reserved power cables  
(Press down the handle of sand belt by hand and hang up the sand belt.  
2. Manually run the belt for several times, and then switch on the power supply for testing. Fine-tune the deflection knob to ensure that the belt and the grinding wheel are running in the same way.  
3. Metal grinding can be carried out only after the sand belt runs smoothly.  
Warning: During grinding, it is necessary to separate the frequency converter from the belt machine and try to keep the frequency converter clean. In the grinding working environment, metal particles are easy to fall into the frequency converter and cause faults. Special attention should be paid to this
